We greatly appreciate your interest in hosting a donation drive for Foodlink. Upon receipt of this form, we will confirm your drive by sending you an email.

Foodlink can provide pick-up, if necessary, for any donations in excess of twently (20) medium sized moving boxes (approximately 18" x 16" x 18") with one week's advance notice. For donations of less than 20 boxes, you must schedule a time to drop off your donations at Foodlink.

As a general rule, donation drives hosted on behalf of Foodlink should:
- Adhere to Foodlink branding identity and standards.
- Have a positive impact on Foodlink's reputation and be algined with Foodlink's mission and values.
- Generate sufficient benefit to justify the commitment of requested Foodlink resources.
